Served as a central liaison between multiple departments and print vendors—managing the full lifecycle of diverse print collateral projects from brief review through final delivery. Also ensured brand consistency through their 2025 brand refresh through systematic audits of typefaces, layout templates, and graphics. Daily tasks included tracking project progress via Monday and producing print-ready files with InDesign for a wide range of materials including rollup banners, business cards, stickers, one-pagers, buttons, and postcards while ensuring consistent quality and timely fulfillment.
