Challenge
Showroom sales representatives found displaying building and neighbourhood information on a loop on wall mounted TVs to not be engage or convey the exceptional quality of the properties and neighbourhoods, as well as the investment value for potential clientele. This could lead to a decrease in tenants across the Vancouver, Seattle, and San Francisco markets.
User Needs Statement
A potential client needs to learn the rental benefits of a HPP property and the desirability of the neighbourhood it’s located in through high quality visuals and clear, concise data in order to commit to tenancy.
Solution
Approaching the large volume of data through a story narrative to showcase neighbourhood history and highlights, utilizing user personas to understand user needs, creating user journey maps to guide interaction design in a Unity environment.
